- What is the Basic Membership?
The Basic Membership service is free and will give you access to download the digital scrapbook papers available in the free download area.
- If the Basic Membership is free, than why do I have to register?
Although the Basic Membership is free, registration is required primarily as a way for me to keep track of how many people are using the site and how often paper designs are downloaded. Also, as a basic member, you are simply required to accept the terms and conditions regarding the use of the paper files.
- What is the Premium Membership?
The Premium Membership will give you full access to download all digital scrapbook papers found in both the Free and Premium categories. Members will also have access to view full video tutorials that will walk you through creating digital scrapbook layouts using Photoshop and Elements. Premium members will also automatically receive 25% discount off any other products or services available through the website.
- What are the fees associated with the Premium Membership?
The premium membership is $7.95 per month or $71.95 per year (3 months free), unless you have received a promotional discount. Fees are processed through PayPal. The subscription fees are handled through PayPal and are automatically withdrawn from your account each month, so you will not have to update your account as long as you are an active member.
- What benefits to I receive if I continue my membership?
Each month there will be a minimum of 20 new premium paper designs added to the website along with 2 new video tutorials.
- What do I do if I want to cancel?
You can cancel any time by going into My Account and clicking on the cancel link under the list of subscriptions. Once you cancel the Premium Membership, you will be downgraded to the Basic membership status and will still have access to the free downloads.
- Will my membership fee ever go up?
No. The rate at which you sign up will continue throughout the life of your membership. If you sign up with a promotional discount, that will be your monthly or yearly rate. If the membership fees go up in the future, all existing members will keep their current rates.
- Can I get a refund if I'm not happy with the service?
Yes, if you feel that you did not receive value from the digital paper downloads, video tutorials and other services available on this website, then you may request a refund. For questions regarding this matter, please contact me.
- How do I download papers from the website?
To access the download links, click on the thumbnail of the paper design you want in order to navigate to the preview paper page. You will find the download links below the main preview image. Right click on the links to save to your desktop.
- What is the difference between the "For Print" and "For Digital" download links?
The "For Print" link will download a high resolution image in PDF format that can be opened in most image editing software. Use this file if you intend to print the paper for traditional paper scrapbooking or if you plan to print your finished digital scrapbook layout.
The "For Digital" link will download a low resolution in JPG format. Use this file for digital scrapbook layouts that you do not intend to print but will only be displayed in digital format.
If you are a digital scrapbooker and are not sure which file to use, I HIGHLY recommend using the high resolution PDF for print. You may decide to print your layouts in the future and you don't want to be disappointed by the print quality of a low resolution file.
- What are the file sizes and dimensions of the digital scrapbook paper?
The high resolution PDFs for print are 3600px by 3600px at 300 dpi. This will print a full 12 x 12 sheet if your printer has this capability. The file sizes average around 2MB - 4MB.
The low resolution JPGs are 864 x 864 pixels at 72 dpi. This is 12 x 12 inches in screen size. The files are approximately 50KB - 500KB.
- I'm getting error messages when I try to open files. What should I do?
If you are experiencing difficulty opening the files after download, the file may be corrupt. Please CONTACT ME with the paper name information and I will fix it ASAP.
- I can't see the download links in the paper pages?
Please make sure you are logged in or you will not be able to access the links.
- What if I don't have high speed internet and the files are too large to download. Can I get the papers on a CD?
Yes. If you are a Premium member, you can request a CD free of charge except for the cost of shipping.
